Day 4 ,, flat water, and big hills!

We did end up meeting up with ryans freind john from college, and checked the surf, it was too blown out and cold to paddle out , so we enjoyed a relaxing evening, of beers, burritos, and freinds. As the night progressed, we hung out around the fire playing guitar and talking about, the hills to come!. The next morning came quickly, we packed up and headed for our first challenge a three mile hill right off the bat! We met three ohter cyclests, who gave us there names and numbers for a place to stay in malibu and ventura california, when we get down there. We made it all the way to lincoln in hopes of surf but it was glassy and flat by the time we got here. We posted up at beverly beach state park for the evening. This morning we packed up the surf was still small, and headed to newport 9 miles south of bev beach, we are here now, at the library, and are figuring on camping on the beach and hopeing for good surf! to be cont...
